Court Evidence
The primary responsibility of the Evidence Division is to receive, log, maintain, and distribute all tangible evidence and to ensure an accurate inventory of all evidence is maintained until it is disposed of according to State Statutes or Administrative Order. The Orange County Clerk of Courts audits and safeguards any evidence that is admitted during a court hearing.
